True Rx Health Strategists is seeking an experienced, high performing Employee Benefits Broker for the role of Vice President, National Accounts. This newly created position will focus on acquiring large clients nation-wide. True Rx Health Strategists is a Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) with 30-40% growth year over year. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of consistent growth year over year. Multiple departments within True Rx Health Strategists work hand in hand with the Business Development team to drive success including the Clinical Team, Client Services, and the Executive Team. Principal Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic efforts to build and close new business across Strategic Accounts (5,000+ employees) in assigned territory
  • Consistently meet or exceed objectives/quota
  • Deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, consultants, partners, and others to make the case for True Rx Health Strategists being a top priority
  • Always informed of our products and how clients benefit from them, as well as understanding our roadmap and competitive differentiation
  • Take the initiative to bring new ideas and observations to the business development team, promote partnership and resourcefulness
  • Develop and maintain intra-company relationships consistent with our values
  • Understand the client’s business strategy, challenges, and opportunities to drive meaningful conversations and values for all stakeholders
  • Facilitate a smooth transition from Business Development to the Operations team and assist with further developing the client relationship.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Ability to travel as required for the role
  • Candidate can be located anywhere in the United States
  • Previous benefit broker/consultant experience preferred

Experience/Knowledge:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in field sales in the employer benefits
  • Established network of professional contacts that can be leveraged to quickly build new pipeline
  • Successful sales history and consistent 100% quota attainment for the past 3+ years
  • Experience selling direct via referral sources and employers
  • Fluency in relationship-building, particularly with key decision-makers and influencers. Ability to adapt / modulate style according to different settings and personalities
  • Excellent poise and presentation skills, strong writing skills
  • Proven performer driven to work in a growing company and sell solutions
  • Tenacious in follow-up and able to think out of the box for traditional outreach attempts in order to identify and connect with key decision makers
